Guadalajara is  the second most important city of Mexico, is the city that havethe major part of Mexico's top universities and some of the world, home to many international fairs and the 2011 Pan American Games and Youth Games for 2018, impressive and imposing city of warm hues and very friendly people, combining tradition with modernity, this is Guadalajara today.

And speaking of traditions, in this circuit we will go back to one of the cities that give rise to the legends and traditions from Guadalajara, Jalisco state, the city of Tequila, home to the product of the same name, which is obtained from the most selected agaves and no doubt, will delight the most discerning palate.

Tequila is a protected city center, where the main activity is the production of Tequila, in many different brands and flavors, but it remains a mystery, why this land has been so faithful and fertile for many years.

We will have a Tequila degustation and know the manufacturing process and the different ways to preserve it, and the hidden stories of this beautiful tradition.

Tequila is waiting for you, come relax and salud.

Day 01 GUADALAJARA

Arrival to Guadalajara, transfer on your own to your hotel and accommodation.


Day 02 GUADALAJARA - TEQUILA.

This day begins with breakfast in the hotel and transfer on your own to the Tequila Express terminal, located at the Guadalajara railway station, at 10:30 hrs., for the record, you´ll be received with mariachi live music.
Tequila town is denominated "Magical town", by Mexico´s Secreatry of Tourism. You´ll listen to cultural spaces that tell part of the tequila history, you´ll also be able to taste tequila cocktails, beer, sangrita and refreshments while you sing along to the beat of the mariachi music, in a parade that is made by the wagons. Arriving at the station of Amatitán, you´ll board a bus that will take you to the San José del Refugio Hacienda; afterwards, you´ll  visit the current manufacturing area of tequila; then you'll move to the ancient distillery dating back to the 19th century, where you´ll meet the museum that will project a video, illustrating the daily work on the place.



At the end you will pass to the food buffet-style restaurant, consisting of typical Mexican dishes, enlivened by the presentation of folk dances, luck charras, singers of traditional music; all of them accompanied by mariachi music.
At the end it is the return to Guadalajara and the accommodation.

 

Day 03 GUADALAJARA

You will start with a hotel breakfast and then you´ll go back to your origin place.
